Product Usage

Sheetfed Fountain Solution concentrate for IPA-reduced printing.

Features and Benefits

Strong buffering and fast startup
Stable ink-and-water-balance
Prevents residues of calcium and other contaminations on blanket, ink rollers and impression cylinders.
Special IPA-replacement additives allow the reduction of IPA to 3 - 6 %.
Stabilizes the pH-value in the optimal range for offset printing.
Suitable for conventional and UV inks.
Recommended water hardness range 8 - 12° dH.

Packaging

20 L cans, 200 L drums, 1.000 L IBCs.

Directions

Add 2 - 4% depending on the water hardness to reach a pH level of 4,8 - 5,3.

Labelling: GHS 05, GHS07.

Storage and Shelf Life

Storage: 6 - 35° C, keep away from sunlight and keep container tightly closed.
Shelf life: 12 months.
