Baking Gum

• effective protection of the oxide surface of the plate whilst the baking process with a heatresistent product formulation
• good spreading over the plate surface due to appropriate surfactants
• easy removable without residues - no impedetion of the ink receptivness of the image areas

apply Baking Gum EG 12 evenly onto the plate in the plate processor, then heat up in the baking ofen station up to ca. 240-255°C  for 1,5 - 3 minutes. Finally remove EG12 and gum plate with a regular gum (Gum MS-M)
